Top 10 Recipes of 2019 Here is the round up of the top 10 most viewed posts on Dinners, Dishes, and Desserts for the year of 2019! So many great easy dinners, over the top desserts, and even appetizers made the list.
I love doing the end of the year round up and seeing what recipes you guys enjoyed the most over the last year. It is always a surprise to see what was the most popular. This year I am just going with the list of overall top 10 recipes from 2019. They can be old recipes that were published years ago or they could have been published this year.
These truly are the most popular recipes on my site, and I am happy to say they are some of the ones that I make over and over in our house as well. So if you are looking for new recipes to try, tried something before and forgot about it or just need a tried and true recipe; this is your list!
Lets start with number 10 and work our way to the most popular!
Number 10
One Pan Cheesy Sausage Pasta
This is a one pan recipe that comes together in about 20 minutes. You can use kielbasa, polish, or just about any sausage that you like. My son loves this recipe and it is requested quite often! Plus the leftovers are great for lunch the next day.
Number 9
Peanut Butter Stuffed Brownies
These go crazy on Facebook every time I share them. They are a fudgy brownie (my all time favorite dessert) that has a layer of peanut butter cups in the middle and then topped with chocolate and more peanut butter cups. If you like chocolate and peanut butter, this is a must try for sure!
Number 8
We love Asian food in our house, so this is on constant rotation. It is so simple to make and is on the table in 15 minutes. Whenever stir fry meat is on sale at the grocery store I always pick it up to make this even faster and easier.
Number 7
Slow Cooker Pork Roast
This is total comfort food and perfect for busy days. The pork cooks in the crock pot all day, so you can start it before you leave for work and it is ready and waiting when you get home. Just mix up a little gravy and dinner is done. The meat is tender and juicy and full of lots of flavor.
Number 6
Reeses Fudge
This is a must for any peanut butter lover out there. It is a super creamy peanut butter fudge, that tastes like the center of a peanut butter cup. Then it is topped with a delicious layer of chocolate. We make this every year for Christmas, if not more than once. It freezes really well, so I like to have it ready to take out whenever we have people over.
Number 5
Double Chocolate Cheesecake Muffins
These could double as dessert for sure! They are rich and chocolate-y with a delicious sweet cream cheese mixture swirled throughout. They freeze really well too, so you can take them out for a quick breakfast, a lunch box treat or even last minute dessert!
Number 4
Bacon Cheeseburger Dip
This dip is great to bring to a potluck or game day party. You can make it ahead and then just keep it in the crock pot to get it nice and hot. It is great with just about any tortilla chip, Fritos or any crackers. Gets the flavor of a bacon cheeseburger in a fun dip.
Number 3
Crunchy Southwest Chicken Wrap
Wraps are so nice to make for on the go lunches or even super busy weeknights for dinner. This has a Southwestern style sauce that is so good and it gets a little crunch from Fritos! You can use any chicken you want; frozen chicken tenders or grilled chicken works great. Even leftover chicken works great (pork and turkey would work well if you had it too).
Number 2
Crock Pot Chili
On a cold night this is the perfect dinner. I love that is just cooks for hours and simmers to become this comforting bowl of deliciousness. You can add different beans, more veggies and really make it your own. Top with cheese, onions, sour cream or whatever you like. Serve it with my favorite Cornbread for the perfect dinner.
And the Number 1 most viewed recipe for 2019.
Old Fashioned Goulash
This has been a popular recipe for a long time, but it went crazy viral on Facebook this fall and now it seems everyone is making their old childhood favorite at home. This recipe goes by a ton of different names, and everyone has their own slightly different version. This is how my mom made it, and how I still make it today. So comforting and brings back so many memories.
So there you have the top 10 recipes from 2019. I hope you found some of your favorites and some new ones to try! Pin up the image below so you can come back and try all the recipes on the list later!
