We know how much you all love a good conti roll, but what would you say if we told you the guys at North Street Store had teamed up with legends at Angelo Street Market to create a 1.2-metre beast, aptly named the Contimental.
Well, it’s true and the results are glorious. The 1.2-metre roll is baked fresh by North Street Store so you know it’s going to be good. Once they've done their part, the Angelo Street Market team takes over and fills it with all sorts of deliciousness like smoked ham, sopressa, pepper mortadella, Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, red pepper, marinated eggplant, Spanish olives, sun-dried tomatoes and a nice slathering of mayo to finish it off.
This beast will set you back $99.99 which is actually a bargain when you consider it’s 10 times the size of a normal conti roll. It’s available from both Angelo Street Markets in South Perth and North Street Store in Cottesloe, but of course, it needs to be ordered in advance over the phone or by email. Just order by 4pm for next day pick up.
