Now that we are cooking almost every meal from home during the pandemic, it is nice to have a multi-use sauce. Recently, we have been turned on to Diablo Verde Creamy Cilantro sauce by 3SonsFoods available in Mild, Medium, and Hot. The mild level has enough spicy kick for me. The sauce is soy-free, preservative-free, and egg-free plus vegetarian and keto-friendly – a win-win-win!
We have enjoyed using this sauce in a myriad of ways. It is nice to have a sauce on hand you adore. We have loved using it as a dip for vegetables (even olives and cucumbers), an addition to guacamole, with scrambled eggs, and as a taco sauce. One night I enhanced my ramen bowl by adding sliced chicken marinated in Diablo Verde.
Use the sauce as a sandwich spread to enhance your bites. We suggest roast beef, salami, chicken, or even a spoonful with your tuna salad. Check out more Diablo Verde recipes HERE – from steak, fish, and salad sauce to so much more.
