Ingredients
Crust:
- 200g egg whites
- 1/2 tsp xanathan gum
- .25 tsp ranch seasoning blend from Trader Joe’s
- 5g 1/3 less fat Philadelphia cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp Cream of tartar
Sauce and Toppings:
- 36g traditional pasta Sauce (no sugar added)
- 12g spinach
- 20g non-dairy mozzarella
- 60g mushrooms
Directions
- Add all crust ingredients (mix dry first) to a large mixing bowl
- Beat until it is a meringue consistency
- Spread it on parchment paper/a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes
- Once done, add sauce and topping
- Baked for another 5 minutes
