Recipe spiced baked beans & snags

Really simple meal serves 4.


  • 4 thin Sausages
  • 1 can Baked Beans
  • 1/4 large onion
  • 1/4 large capsicum
  • 3  mushrooms
  • 1tb extra virgin olive oil
  • 1tsp minced garlic
  • 1tsp cumin
  • 1tsp curry powder
  • 1/4 jar organic pasta sauce


  1. Place half oil in frypan other half in saucepan
  2. Chop vegetables same size pie for even cooking
  3. Place sausages in frypan and cook thrn cut onto bite sized pieces
  4. In saucepan add vegetables,  garlic  spices  stir gently on.low heat 5minutes
  5. when vegetables are Aromatic from spices add baked beans to vegetables and mix well. (Sausages should be cooked)
  6. Add vegetables and pasta sauce to the bite size Sausages. Stir gently until starts to bubble.
  7. Remove from heat
  8. Serve on its own or with Toast/English Muffin or Rice
