Pressure cooker Beef Bourgignon March 03, 2020 Brown stew meat in olive oil , put aside. Cook up bacon and take out. Add red wine and broth. Add veggies of choice, chopped, I used onions, carrots, and mushrooms. Add beef and bacon. Add pasta of choice, mine was veggie spirals. Put on the top, pressure cooked for 40 minutes. Voila!!
