Pasta Inspired Veggies, Sauce, Quinoa, and Squash!

Hello everyone!🫶🏻🌟

I hope you can look at this moment in life in a positive way.

This was a nice big bed of green cabbage, yellow bell pepper, broccoli, carrot and zucchini, with a bit of olive oil, garlic powder, oregano and parsley, and dehydrated at 115 degrees fahrenheit!

Then I popped some chopped butternut squash in the oven at 400 degrees fahrenheit for 25 minutes, with olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder.

I started sautéing some fresh onion and fresh garlic, adding a mushrooms after the onion cooks down a bit.

After that I began cooking down a ton of tomatoes with fresh parsley, dried seasonings, salt, and maple syrup, and wow! It was soo delicious, I really love my homemade tomato sauce!

When that was almost done I put on some quinoa to cook and it was all such an excellent combination.
