Don’t feel like cooking for Christmas? These Blue Water Area restaurants are open for dine-in or carryout Christmas day. Two other restaurants are offering a special Christmas dinner for carryout or dine-in on Christmas Eve.

River Crab

The River Crab serves high-end dishes with seafood, pasta and meat. The restaurant will be serving two specialty dishes from Dec. 16 to Jan. 2: Tournedos Maxwell with two fillet medallions, butter poached lobster, bernaise, whipped potatoes and asparagus; and lobster and crab carbonara with smoked bacon, egg yolk, parmesan and fresh black pepper fettuccine.

Reservations are recommended.

Great Wall Restaurant

Great Wall Restaurant serves Chinese dishes, including fried rice, lo mein, soup, chop suey, crab ragoon and fried wontons. The restaurant will be open its usual hours for carryout only Christmas Day.

China Lite Restaurant

• Noon to 7 p.m. Christmas day for carryout

China Lite Restaurant serves Chinese dishes, including fried rice, lo mein, combination plates, chop suey, chow mein, crab ragoon, rolls and soup. The restaurant will be open for carryout only Christmas Day.

The Windjammer Bar and Grill

• 7420 Huron Ave., Lexington
• 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Christmas Eve
• Call (810) 377-0927 to make a reservation, walk-ins also welcome

The Windjammer will be serving a Christmas buffet that includes warm meat and seafood entrees, salads, pasta, sushi and desserts, according to a post on the restaurant’s Facebook page.

The buffet is $32.50 per adult, $15 for kids 10 and under or free for kids two and under. A Bloody Mary or mimosa bar is also available for $6 per glass or $20 for the full bar.

Moe’s Corner Deli

• 902 Military St., Port Huron
• Order ahead and pickup family-style Christmas dinners between 10:30 a.m. and noon Christmas Eve

Moe’s is offering another carryout holiday family feast for Christmas. The meal, which feeds up to 12 people, includes pineapple glazed ham, garlic mashed redskins, bacon mac n cheese, roasted vegetables, cranberry chutney and your choice of apple or pecan pie, according to a post on Moe’s Facebook page.

Mow’s co-owner Shannon Raynard said she will prepare the food fresh in-house with high-quality ingredients.

“It’s just like a special touch,” Raynard said.
