It’s very easy and quick to cook this dish. Specially if you are a big fan of sauce and mushrooms.

  • 250gr Chicken Breasts cut into small cubes
  • 40gr of Flour
  • 250gr of sliced Mushrooms
  • 180ml of Cream Sauce
  • 30gr of Grated Parmesan
  • 4 Cloves of garlic chopped
  • 1 Tsp of Lemon Juice
  • 1 bunch of parsley chopped

  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Butter

  1. In a large bowl put the flour with the salt and pepper. Add the chicken slices through the flour to coat, then shake off the extra flour
  2. Heat up 1 Tbsp of each olive oil and butter in a large pan. Add the chicken and fry all sides until golden on the outside then remove the chicken and put it aside
  3. In the same large pan add one more time 1 Tbsp of butter and put in the mushroom slices. Let it fry 3 min then add the garlic and fry for another 1-2 min. Pour the cream sauce, then add parsley. Let it cook for about 5min until the sauce starts to thicken
  4. Stir in the parmesan then add the lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste.
  5. Finally, add the cooked chicken back to the saucepan then you can serve.

You can serve the dish with some green vegetables cooked by steam for example. Or with some pasta to enjoy the sauce.
