Ingredients for Chef Salad Kabobs
For our version we used:
- NatureSweet Cherubs®
- NatureSweet® Mini Cucumbers
- Hard boiled eggs
- Cubed turkey and ham
- Cheese cubes
- Lettuce
- NatureSweet® Bell Peppers
You can also use cooked bacon, green or black olives, avocado, diced chicken breast or any of your other favorite salad ingredients. Make it your own!
How to Assemble Chef Salad on a Stick
Start by preparing your ingredients. First, hard boiled eggs and slice into 4 pieces (you can also look for hard boiled eggs at your local market). Slice the cucumber into rounds. Prepare any meats and cheeses that you are using.
Once your ingredients are prepped, place 2 slices of cheese, cucumber, tomato and egg. Then add any meat ingredients and finish with a piece of lettuce and olive if you are using.
Set out on a serving platter with your favorite dressings for guests to serve themself.

Chef Salad Kabobs
Ingredients
- 10 oz NatureSweet Cherubs®
- 4 hard boiled eggs
- 1 NatureSweet® English cucumber sliced
- NatureSweet® Bell Peppers
- 2 oz. deli ham thick cut
- 2 oz. deli turkey breast thick cut
- 8 oz. colby jack cubes
- 1 head leaf lettuce
- 8 large green olives
- 8 12- inch skewers
- Ranch dressing
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Cut each hard boiled egg into four pieces. Slice the cucumber lengthwise, then cut into half circles, about 1/2-inch thick.
- Cut the ham, turkey and roast beef slices lengthwise into 1-inch wide strips, and roll each strip up into a pinwheel or fold.
- Alternating pieces, place 2 pieces each of cubed cheese cucumber, tomato and egg; 1 pinwheel each of ham and turkey plus 3 pieces of lettuce, each folded up into a bundle, on each skewer. Finish each skewer with 1 green olive.
- Serve on a platter drizzled with ranch dressing and sprinkled with black pepper.
