• 2 cups of fresh spinach 
  • 1 cup of fresh cilantro 
  • 1/2 cups of almonds
  • 3 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1/3 cup of apple cider vinegar 

Additional ingredients could be: salt, pepper and nutritional yeast. 


  1. Using a blender or a food processor, place all the ingredients in and blend until smooth.
  2. Add more olive oil if you feel it’s too thick.
  3. Add the sauce to your pasta and enjoy!
